SIMON KHALAFPresident & Chief Executive Officer
Simon is responsible for Flurry's day-to-day operations. He has been an entrepreneurial executive for over 20 years, having built numerous consumer, media and enterprise solutions that have generated over $800 million in M&A and IPO transactions. Prior to Flurry, Simon held senior executive positions at JustOn, Novell, Vernier, Volera and Worldtalk. Simon earned an undergraduate engineering degree from the American University of Beirut and a Master of Engineering from Syracuse University.
SEAN BYRNESFounder and Chief Technology Officer
Sean oversees all product development and management functions at the company. Prior to Flurry, he led a product development team in the eServices group at Verizon Communications, developing new consumer services from emerging technologies. Sean earned an undergraduate engineering degree from Dartmouth College and a Master of Engineering in Computer Science from Cornell University.
PRASHANT FULORIAChief Product Officer
Prashant leads Flurry product management and innovation functions for the company. Prior to Flurry, Prashant was an Executive in Residence at Mayfield Fund and lecturer at the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University. Prashant brings a decade of product management experience from Facebook and Google. At Facebook, Prashant led the product team for Facebook Ads and subsequently managed commerce products, including Facebook Credits. At Google, he managed all of Google's products for the Asia-Pacific region, led its global billing & payments product efforts, and served as an early member of the AdWords product team. Prashant holds a PhD and MA in Business, a PhD Minor in Operations Research and an MS in Statistics, all from Stanford University. Before joining Stanford, Prashant studied at IIT Delhi, where he was awarded the President's Gold Medal, which is the highest academic award.
NITIN SOMALWARVice President, Engineering
Nitin is responsible for leading the engineering team at Flurry. Prior to Flurry, Nitin led the application development team at Castlight Health, where his team was responsible for building a leading health care transparency solution. During his tenure, Castlight Health was ranked as the #1 VC-backed company by the Wall Street Journal. Previous to Castlight Health, Nitin served as CTO of Pictage, VP of Global Technology at Salesforce.com and Senior Director at Quest Software. Nitin holds a Bachelor and Master of Computer Science from California State University, Fullerton and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
PETER FARAGOVice President, Marketing
Peter leads all marketing and corporate communication functions for Flurry. Prior to Flurry, Peter led worldwide product marketing for mobile game maker, Digital Chocolate. He joined Digital Chocolate from Electronic Arts, where he led product management for The Sims franchise, the #1 PC game of all-time. Peter spent the first seven years of his career in consumer packaged goods as head of marketing for Pacific Sun, a foods manufacturer. Peter earned an undergraduate business degree from University of California at Berkeley and an MBA from the Wharton School.
SEAN GALLIGANVice President, Sales & Business Development
Sean leads sales and business development functions for the company. Prior to joining Flurry, Sean served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Global Motorsport Group (GMG), a leader in the power sports industry. Sean joined GMG from Sprint, where he was a Regional Sales Director, leading a team that sold web hosting solutions and professional services to Sprint's largest customers. Prior to this, Sean developed and managed relationships with digital media companies and interactive agencies in New York City for the Sprint Internet group. Earlier in his career, Sean held sales and business development roles at AT&T and MCI. Sean earned his undergraduate degree in Economics from Purdue University and an MBA from Cornell University.
YANNIS DOSIOSVice President, Flurry Network
Yannis oversees the Flurry publisher network, delivering monetization solutions to app developers. Prior to Flurry, Yannis held positions as GM Europe and Vice President of Marketing for Smilebox, a photo and video sharing service. Before Smilebox, Yannis was a Senior Product Manager at Microsoft, where he planned and launched Windows Starter, a Windows OS product for emerging markets. He began his career as a strategy consultant at the Monitor Consulting Group. Yannis earned an undergraduate degree in Mathematics from Harvard University and an MBA from Stanford University.
RICHARD FIRMINGERManaging Director, Europe
As Managing Director of Europe, Richard leads the company's UK office as well as advertiser sales and publisher relationships across Europe. Prior to Flurry, Richard led the digital media sales team for Amazon in Europe. Prior to Amazon, Richard was Commercial Director for Northern Europe for Yahoo!, UK MD for Enpocket (sold to Nokia to become Nokia Media Business in 2006), UK Deputy MD & BD Director for AdLink (a direct response media sales organization, sold to HiMedia in 2009) and the first UK Commercial Director for DoubleClick, subsequently sold to AdLink in 2001. Prior to DoubleClick Richard spent nearly 10 years in B2B publishing in tech press on titles such as Computing and Personal Computer World and during this time he launched Information Week and Computer Reseller News in the UK for CMP Media.
JEANNE ANGELO-PARDOChief Financial Officer
Jeanne is responsible for all financial aspects of the company. Prior to Flurry, Jeanne held the CFO position at deCarta, Inc., a location-based services company, where she helped secure several rounds of funding and assisted in the company's international expansion. Jeanne began her career as a CPA at Coopers & Lybrand, before leaving to spend ten years in various financial management positions at Cadence Design Systems, joining the company in its start-up phase and helping it grow to a multi-million dollar public company. Jeanne earned an undergraduate degree in Business Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
