Analytics Terms of Service
Flurry welcomes you. By checking the "Terms and Conditions" box in our account sign-up, or registering for Flurry's Analytics Service (as defined below), you agree that you have read, understand, and accept the terms and conditions described below (the "Terms of Service") and you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all terms, policies and guidelines incorporated in the Terms of Service by reference, including, but not limited to, Flurry's Privacy Policy (this "Agreement"). If you do not agree to this Agreement, you should not use the Analytics Service in any way. The Analytics Service is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of this Agreement, including without limitation, Flurry's right to use all data collected and analyzed by the Analytics Service.
AppCircle Terms of Service
Flurry welcomes you ("Developer"). By checking the Terms and Conditions box, or registering for Flurry's AppCircle Service (as defined below), Developer agrees that it has read, understands, and accepts the terms and conditions described below (the "Terms of Service") and Developer agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service and all terms, policies and guidelines incorporated in the Terms of Service by reference (this "Agreement"). If Developer does not agree to this Agreement, Developer should not use the AppCircle Service in any way. The AppCircle Service is offered to Developer conditioned on Developer's acceptance without modification of this Agreement.
AppCircle Clips Terms of Service
Flurry welcomes you ("Developer"). By checking the Terms and Conditions box, or registering for Flurry's AppCircle Clips (as defined below), Developer agrees that he, she or it has read, understands, and accepts the terms and conditions described below (the "Terms of Service") and Developer agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service and all terms, policies and guidelines incorporated in the Terms of Service by reference (this "Agreement"). If Developer does not agree to this Agreement, Developer should not use the AppCircle Clips in any way. The AppCircle Clips is offered to Developer conditioned on Developer's acceptance without modification of this Agreement.
AppSpot Terms of Service
Flurry welcomes you ("Publisher," "You," or "Your"). By checking the "Terms and Conditions" box in our account sign-up, or registering for the Flurry AppSpot Service (as defined below), Publisher agrees that it has read, understands, and accepts the terms and conditions described below (the "Terms of Service") and Publisher agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service and all terms, policies and guidelines incorporated in the Terms of Service by reference, including but not limited to Flurry's Privacy Policy (this "Agreement"). If Publisher does not agree to this Agreement, Publisher should not use the Flurry AppSpot Service in any way. The Flurry AppSpot Service is offered to Publisher conditioned on Publisher's acceptance without modification of this Agreement. The Flurry AppSpot Service must be used in conjunction with Flurry Analytics and may be used in conjunction with Flurry AppCircle.
Privacy Policy
Flurry, Inc. takes the privacy of our customers ("Customer" or "you" or "your") and their end users ("End Users") seriously. We recognize that privacy is an important issue, so we design and operate our services with the protection of your privacy in mind. This privacy policy ("Policy") explains how your personal information and information regarding your End Users is collected, used, and disclosed by Flurry, Inc. and its subsidiaries, and any parent and affiliated companies ("Flurry", "us" or "we") with respect to the services referred to in this Policy. This Policy applies to the websites provided by Flurry (collectively the "Sites") and Flurry Analytics, Flurry AppCircle, and Flurry AppSpot services (collectively, "Flurry Services"). This Policy does not apply to websites, applications or services that display or link to different privacy statements.
DMCA Copyright Policy
Flurry endeavors to respond appropriately to sufficient notices of alleged copyright infringement. This policy ("DMCA Policy") describes the information that should be in such a notice as well as the form of such a notice, consistent with the form suggested by the DMCA. Flurry's response to these notices may include, among other things, (1) removing or disabling access to material on Flurry's web site (the "Site") claimed to be the subject of infringing activity (the "Subject Material") and/or (2) completely terminating a user's access. Flurry will attempt to contact the party responsible for the Subject Material so that such party may provide a "counter notification," claiming that the Subject Material does not infringe any copyright.
