Analytics Terms of Service
Flurry welcomes you. By checking the "Terms and Conditions" box, or registering for Flurry's Analytics Service (as defined below), you agree that you have read, understand, and accept the terms and conditions described below (the "Terms of Service") and you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all terms, policies and guidelines incorporated in the Terms of Service by reference (this "Agreement"). If you do not agree to this Agreement, you should not use the Analytics Service in any way. The Analytics Service is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of this Agreement, including without limitation, Flurry's right to use all data collected and analyzed by the Analytics Service.
AppCircle Terms of Service
Flurry welcomes you ("Developer"). By checking the Terms and Conditions box, or registering for Flurry's AppCircle Service (as defined below), Developer agrees that it has read, understands, and accepts the terms and conditions described below (the "Terms of Service") and Developer agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service and all terms, policies and guidelines incorporated in the Terms of Service by reference (this "Agreement"). If Developer does not agree to this Agreement, Developer should not use the AppCircle Service in any way. The AppCircle Service is offered to Developer conditioned on Developer's acceptance without modification of this Agreement.
Privacy Policy
Flurry, Inc. takes your privacy seriously. We recognize that privacy is an important issue, so we design and operate our business with the protection of your privacy in mind. This document (the "Privacy Policy") discloses the privacy practices for information collected via websites provided by Flurry, including flurry.com and other sites served from this domain, as well as via our software applications (collectively, "the Sites"). Your use of any of Flurry's services or software applications (collectively, the "Services") or the Sites constitutes your agreement to this Privacy Policy.
DMCA Copyright Policy
Flurry endeavors to respond appropriately to sufficient notices of alleged copyright infringement. This policy ("DMCA Policy") describes the information that should be in such a notice as well as the form of such a notice, consistent with the form suggested by the DMCA. Flurry's response to these notices may include, among other things, (1) removing or disabling access to material on Flurry's web site (the "Site") claimed to be the subject of infringing activity (the "Subject Material") and/or (2) completely terminating a user's access. Flurry will attempt to contact the party responsible for the Subject Material so that such party may provide a "counter notification," claiming that the Subject Material does not infringe any copyright.
